Dear Students, Parents and Guardians,
Recently, the District mailed out first semester report cards to all 7th through 12th grade students and their families. It has come to our attention that due to a calculation glitch within our computerized grading system, there were multiple errors on some report cards including grades that were omitted or inaccurately reflected on the report cards. We have corrected this error and are sending out revised report cards this week to any student whom was affected. Also, if a student missed a final exam during first semester, they needed to take the final exam by last Friday, Jan. 19th or the “Incomplete” grade will be changed to a “F” grade.
After looking over your report card, if you feel there is an error, please contact either Ms. Northington or Mr. Coreson at the high school (928-347-5252) to notify us of the problem so that we can rectify the situation immediately. Thank you.
