Beaver Dam Junior High School was opened in the 1999-2000 school year. It previously went under the name Littlefield Middle School and housed grades 6 through 8 at the original campus in Littlefield.  Prior to the 91-92 school year, grades 6, 7 and 8 attended school in Mesquite at Virgin Valley Jr/Sr High School.

Beaver Dam High School was first brought to the table at the Governing Board Meeting in 2001.  Beaver Dam High School has been providing students with challenging academics and excellent athletics since 2004. 

The Junior High moved up to the the Senior High School building for the 2011-2012 school year.  The school is now named Beaver Dam Jr/Sr High School and houses 7th through 12th grade.
