Welcome to the online enrollment/registration for new and returning students to the Littlefield Unified School District #9. The information contained in the packet is for all campuses in the district.

All of the forms needed to enroll into the Littlefield Unified School District #9 have been made available to you for download.  Please fill out the forms online and then simply print out the forms and return them along with your child's birth certificate and immunization records to the front office of the school your child will attend. Beaver Dam Middle School students and parents need to report to the front office of Beaver Dam Elementary School to finish the enrollment process.
