Beaver Dam Elementary School

Enrollment for Beaver Dam Elementary is Monday-Thursday from 9:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m.  Please bring your completed enrollment packet and $10 for the Student Activity Fee.  

Beaver Dam Jr/Sr High School

Pre-Enrollment for Beaver Dam Jr/Sr High School starts July 31st and ends August 3, 2017 from 8:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.  Please bring your completed enrollment packet and $15 for the Student Activity Fee.  Student Activity Fees paid after August 3rd will increase to $25.00.  If you would like to beat the crowds, you can bring your paperwork in any Monday-Thursday from 8:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m.
